About The Event

Join me this summer for a series of guided Forest Bathing walks throughout the Truckee-Tahoe region. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku and informed by Ayurvedic principles, these gentle, mindful experiences invite us to slow down, awaken our senses, and deepen our relationship with the natural world. Rather than hiking for distance or destination, we will move slowly and intentionally, creating space for quiet observation, reflection, presence, and connection.


Each walk will take place at a different location, allowing us to experience the unique beauty and energy of forests, meadows, rivers, and mountain landscapes throughout the season. Locations will be announced during the week prior to each event. Please bring water, comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, and anything you may need to sit comfortably outdoors.
