About The Event
Inspired Life Healing Collective offers you a transformative journey that revitalizes, renews, and invigorates, leading to a shift of consciousness, radically improved vitality and wellness, and a profound sense of joy and connection.
Throughout my many years of seeing patients I have found that inflammation plays a major role in the diseases and imbalances that have been showing up, with autoimmune disease and cancer on the rise. I decided that the best way to support people in healing from these imbalances - to deinflame, to eliminate symptoms, to optimize healing, to thrive - was to create a wellness club, a dynamic and thriving environment where individuals experiencing the pain and frustration of inflammatory diseases can be supported, and can support and uplift each other, fostering a vibrant and interconnected community that embraces growth and change and leads to real transformation. Here's how it works:
Weekly meetings: We come together as a wellness community on a weekly basis, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment. These regular meetings serve as a platform for us to connect, share our journeys, and provide mutual support and inspiration on our paths towards health and wellness. We gather as a community, creating a safe space where we can openly discuss our experiences, exchange knowledge and resources, and uplift one another.
Supported lifestyle change: We recognize that true healing goes beyond surface-level practices and extends to deeply embedded health imbalances. With this understanding, we commit to shifting our lifestyles to ones that prioritize health and wellness. We acknowledge that this process requires dedication and perseverance, but we support and uplift one another throughout our individual journeys.
Daily practices: Over the course of a year, we embrace an array of wellness habits and activities that contribute to our overall well-being and connection with nature. Each day, we cultivate a sense of balance through our daily routines, incorporating practices such as breathwork and self-love exercises.

Seasonal practices: We honor the seasons by embracing seasonal eating, aligning our diets with the natural abundance of each time of year. Additionally, we engage in seasonal cleansing, allowing our bodies and minds to release and reset in tune with the changing rhythms of nature.

Lunar practices: Guided by the lunar cycles, we tap into the powerful energy of the moon to deepen our connection with ourselves and the world around us.
Nature therapy: We immerse ourselves in nature healing, seeking solace and rejuvenation in the natural world. Through activities such as forest bathing and grounding exercises, we find solace and restoration in the beauty and serenity of our surroundings.

Seasonal retreats: Throughout the year, we embark on seasonal retreats that coincide with the equinoxes. In the spring, we embark on a rewilding retreat reconnecting with the wildness within ourselves and rediscovering our innate connection to the earth. As fall arrives, we embrace a cleanse and release retreat in Lassen/Shasta, where we let go of what no longer serves us and create space for new beginnings.

VIP offerings: We also have the opportunity to join our VIP retreats, offered at various inspirational locations around the world. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, we engage in activities that nourish our bodies, minds, and souls, igniting a sense of vitality and joy. We focus on tapping into our inner healer and harnessing our inner guru. Through meditation, reflection, and introspection, we connect with our deepest wisdom and embrace the transformative power we find in connection to nature, to each other, and to our higher selves.

Throughout this year-long journey, we embrace the ebb and flow of life, guided by the rhythms of nature and the wisdom within ourselves. We emerge stronger, more vibrant, and deeply connected to the world around us, having nourished our bodies, minds, and spirits through these intentional practices and retreats.
