The retreat begins with a 3-day beachfront stay at Sai Vishram Private Beach Resort, where you'll have time to rest, decompress, and prepare your body and mind for deeper healing. From there, you’ll travel to Balkatmane, a tranquil sanctuary nestled in the forests of Udupi, exclusively reserved for our small group.
